7. SaĂşde fĂsica, emocional e alimentar. 7.1 Are you hungry of what? Gastronomic Festival and community experiences for adaptation of traditional riverside recipes. From the collective recognition of the traditional dishes and ingredients that were impacted with the arrival of the mud, find new ingredients and ways of cultivating them in the territories, aiming at the food autonomy, the valorization of traditions, and the creative and healthy ways of replenishing nutrients in the daily feeding. This project has different stages: 1 mapping of recipes and ingredients, 2 nutritional assessment and diagnosis of health impacts, 3 creation of new recipes, 4 obtainment, planting and cultivation of new ingredients, 5 community events to learn, cook and eat together. All these stages will converge in a gastronomic festival "Reviving the local cuisine".
7.2 Bodies of water_ integrated experiences. Program of experiences and activities that integrate environmental awareness, corporal activities and food reeducation in communities affected by the mud that had their basic daily activities seriously compromised and that need to reinvent their ways and subexistence, leisure and relationship with the environment in which they live. From the sharing of life experiences and the presentation of inspiring experiences in other post-disaster contexts, experiences will be offered, from the rescue of self-confidence, reconnection with internal and external waters, to stimulating the creation of joint solutions and forms of replicate them in the community. Within a perspective of personal strengthening and restructuring of affective bonds and environmental care.
