Every dish is infused with the vibrant essence of Silves oranges, honoring the city’s legacy as the “Capital da Laranja”. Nestled between the Serra de Monchique and the Atlantic coast, this region offers both the freshness of the ocean and the depth of inland flavors.

The experience begins with a delicate take on ceviche, where the citrus of our local oranges enhances the freshness of Algarvian fish. Throughout the menu, you’ll find a refined balance between land and sea from traditional seafood classics like the Bulhão Patostyle clams, to the heartier flavors of porco preto, reimagined with our chef’s signature touch.
