ADJUST YOUR BACKPACK

X1 SYSTEM High-end carrying system for heavy loads. The X1 System was developed specifically for heavy loads. It works based on a system that is as simple as it is ingenious:

Step 1: Put on Loosen the shoulder straps and lift the backpack by the handle to leg-height and slip your arms into each shoulder strap one by one.

Two ergonomically shaped, crossed aluminium bars in framechannels (1) transfer part of the carrying load laterally to the specially padded hip strap (2) transferring the load from the back to the hips. The anatomically positioned, ultra-comfortable hip strap consists of a multi-layered hip fin with a reinforcement panel in PE. The deflected belt strap (3) makes it easier to tighten and set in position. A rubberised lumbar pad (4) between the hip fins prevents the backpack from slipping. A short, anatomically shaped aluminium rod (5) behind it guarantees the optimum fit.The back padding (6) above it is ultra-concave in shape, sewn into chambers for better ventilation, and rests perfectly against the back with its generous technical padding. The load control straps (7) can be partially attached in two different positions for optimum setting. Soft, ergonomically shaped shoulder straps (8) with height adjustment (9) increase the level of comfort. The lid is also height adjustable (10).

Step 2: Hip strap Always fasten the hip strap before tightening the shoulder straps: the middle of the hip strap should be in line with the hip bone.

Step 3: Shoulder straps After adjusting the back length, moderately tighten the shoulder straps.

Step 4: Load control straps Affix load control straps in the collarbone area at an approx. 20 – 30° angle.

V2 PLUS SYSTEM Step 5: Chest strap Improves freedom of movement, stabilises carrying system and therefore prevents early exhaustion.

Size-adjustable carrying system for medium to heavy loads. The V2 Plus Carrying System has a high contact point on the back panel that offers a tremendous range when adjusting the back length. Backpacks with this system also have a detachable hip strap, which means they can also be carried with fully-packed waistcoats and chest rigs - the broad, ergonomically shaped shoulder straps make sure they are still comfortable to wear. The detachable hip strap can also be worn separately as a „warrior belt“.

The closer heavy objects are to the body, the easier it is to put a backpack on and to balance it while carrying. Heavy objects should be placed over lighter objects at shoulder height. Only the basic necessities should be carried on the outside, but a variety of our backpacks provide practical attachment possibilities for attaching things to the side, such as tent poles. A sleeping bag belongs in the bottom compartment. Stuff sacks keep everything organized for stowing in the main compartment or side pockets.

Two V-shaped aluminium rods (1) guide the force directly into the reinforced hip strap. The three-part ergonomically shaped hip strap consists of a lumbar pad with a rubberised insert (2) to prevent the backpack from slipping, and two conically shaped hip wings (3). They have several layers of padding and are reinforced with a PE plate. The hip strap is easy to tighten using the deflected belt strap (4). The back padding (5) is concave and sewn into chambers to provide pleasant ventilation. The height of the wide, ergonomically shaped shoulder straps is adjustable (6), and together with the load control straps (7) ensure a close, firm fit of the backpack. The Velcro-attached lumbar padding can be removed when required, in which case the system‘s aluminium rods – which are normally secured in the hip strap – are secured in band flaps. This makes it even easier to pull the rods out from the bottom when required.

X VENT ZERO PLUS SYSTEM The X Vent Zero Plus Carrying System combines excellent ventilation and a lightweight construction with adjustable fitting options. Two fiberglass rods are attached in an X-shape (1) to the back of the pack and provide, together with the integrated hip belt, the supporting structure of the pack (2). Two additional fiberglass rods (3) transfer the load to the anatomically shaped, ventilated hip belt (4). The open space created by the supporting structure (5) results in an extremely large ventilation zone. The system allows for the tension of the X-shaped fiberglass rods to be adjusted (6), which varies the distance of the load to the back â&#x20AC;&#x201C; changing also the center of gravity of the load.

Two aluminium bars (1) forming an inverted â&#x20AC;&#x17E;Vâ&#x20AC;&#x153; plus two short fibreglass reinforced bars for additional support from the central static unit. The two fibre glass reinforced bars (2) lead from the inner aluminium frame channels laterally into the hip wings (3). The dimensions and arrangement of these reinforced bars result in an excellent combination of efficient load transmission and system flexibility. Three-part ergonomically shaped hip strap consists of a central lumbar pad with a rubberised insert (4) to prevent the backpack from slipping, and two conically shaped hip wings. They have several layers of comfortable padding, are reinforced with a PE panel and can easily be tightened using a deflected belt strap. (5) The technical back padding (6) consists of a number of chambers, and is conically shaped to ensure the optimum position and contact with the backpack. The load control straps (7) and the ergonomically shaped shoulder straps (8) can be attached in different positions for optimum adjustment. The lid is also height-adjustable (9).

1 The panel is made up of four single panels that can be zipped together with no. 10 zips. The single panels are made of MOLLE Velcro with a number of elastic loops and a strong handle 2 .

The single panels (dimensions: 51 x 23 cm) can be equipped individually and stowed away e.g. in vehicles, helicopters etc. Large hooks are available as individual attachment systems. The large panel is suitable for tents and fixed stations.

MEDICAL EQUIPMENT

The clear and single pouches 3 can be arranged and used as desired. Velcro areas can be labelled with the userâ&#x20AC;&#x2DC;s own or with the TT themed options 4 . If using Velcro pouches, they can be attached to the panels that are included in the delivery. 1

5 A TT Dump Pouch (product component) on the front keeps things in order. 6 Strong no. 10 zips connect the individual panels. Full back view. 7 There are slot compartments on the back of the individual panels where flat items of equipment can be kept. 8 When the panels are connect, the entire package can be rolled up, compressed with buckles, and carried by the handles.

Compared with regular metallised foils, coatings and fabrics of the same strength and flexibility that still allow a proportion of the radio frequency through, Cryptalloy ® almost completely blocks the signal (remaining signal no longer measurable). Cryptalloy ® has been tested by SGS/TÜV Saarland Foster GmbH, and is confirmed and certified as suitable for screening against the unauthorised reading of RFID chips (including remote chips, NFC) on commercial frequencies 125 kHz, 13.5 MHz and 900 MHz. HIGHTECH MATERIAL MATERIAL

Acetal (100% acetal). Acetal is a crystalline thermo-plastic polymer material. Acetal characteristically has excellent tensile strength, stiffness, surface hardness and chemical resistance. Acetal has excellent flexural memory and property retention when subjected to repeated loading. The normal short-term use temperature range is -40°C to +132°C.

TEXTREME 6.6 (100% polyester). The textured polyester material in 600 den threads is robust, colourfast and versatile. PU-coated to achieve a weatherproof finish.

T-SOFTSHELL 3L (Outer layer: 100% Polyamide, inner layer: 100% polyester, membrane: 100% polyurethane). This technical 3-layered SoftShell material has a polyamide outer and a soft micro-fleece inner side, is wind- and water repellent as well as breathable.

420 HD Nylon (100% polyamide). The classic 420 den Nylon material has proved itself in the „high density“ (HD) version as a good, very flexible basic material. The 420 den yarn gives it a very high tear resistance. The material is made waterproof by the triple PU coating.

T-SQUARE RIP (100% polyamide). The very tight, special weaving method of the 210 den fibres makes this fabric extremely strong, but it remains light at the same time.

T-Vent Tec 3L (Outer layer: 92% polyamide, 8% elastane, inner layer: 100% polyamide, membrane: 100% polyurethane). This robust, elastic, wind- and waterproof 3-layered material is used for high-quality hardshell jackets. This ultrathin nonporous membrane is extremely waterproof and offers a high air permeability and stretchability.

CORDURA® 500 DEN (100% polyamide). Made from INVISTA high tenacity, air-jet textured nylon 6.6 in 500 denier. CORDURA® brand provides fabrics that are recognized for their long-lasting durability and resistance to abrasions, tears andscuffs and is more durable than other fabrics. CORDURA® fabric offers a superior strength-to-weight ratio, making it a firstchoice for durable fabrics.

T-STRETCH (100% polyester). The strong, wearproof, highly elastic material is used for small items.

T-MICROFLEECE 75D (100% polyester). This very light polyester fleece stands out with its velvety surface and soft feel. The special Polygiene provides for neutral body odor.

CORDURA® 700 DEN (100% polyamide). CORDURA® in fibre thickness 700 den combines the high wear and tear resistance of the classic 1000 den fabric with the lightness of the 500 den fabric.

T-COVER TEX (100% polyester). This very light, waterproof material made out of polyester is pleasantly soft to the touch, and is used mainly for rain covers and stuff bags.

T-MICROFLEECE 100D (100% polyester). This very light polyester fleece stands out with its velvety surface and soft feel. The special Polygiene provides for neutral body odor.

CRYPTALLOY® (aluminium alloy). Screening products with the specially developed tearresistant material CRYPTALLOY® offer a very high level of protection against RFID/NFC attacks. It blocks radio waves on all the usual RFID frequencies.

200 DEN POLYESTER PU (100% polyester). Lightweight, strong Oxford fabric in 200 den polyester yarn with triple PU coating.

TARPAULIN 1000 (50% polyester, 50% poly chloride). Robust tarpaulin material made of 1000 denier fabric with smooth surface, which is mainly used for bags. The polyester fabric is coated on both sides, absolutely waterproof and easy to clean.
