FRIENDSHIP CENTER Adult Day Services Sharing the Care Since 1976 Zelda and Hal have been married for 67 years, with two sons and four grandchildren. Not only did Hal serve in WWII, but he was a test pilot, a distinction reserved for a brave few. Now Zelda is the brave one, as sole caregiver for Hal. “The care and thoughtfulness of Friendship Centerʼs staff make us feel welcome and happy to be there. Friendship Center, a non-profit, fully licensed adult day services program, has a contract with the Veterans Administration, which covers five days of attendance per week for qualified veterans like Hal.
