The first years had the opportunity to utilise their industry contacts and build some new contacts in this period to not only gain experience at Shake and Serve and the Lourensford Market but also different venues, event coordinators and bar and staffing companies accross the country. We are excited for them to get back into the swing of things in 2021 when South Africa allows social gatherings again.
