Profile

I am a talented Architect, fully qualified, with 3 years post Part 3 experience. I have worked across a range of projects, typologies and team sizes; working and engaging across all disciplines of the built environment.

Feb’15 - Present

Ben Adams Architects Project Architect Senator House - £22m Refurbishment - Stages A-K Prime B1 office use refurbishment project of an existing 1980’s building within close proximity to St Paul’s Cathedral. Main works involving facade upgrade and partial reconstruction, new roof-top cafe and amenity terrace, with CAT A internal refit of vacant floors. Traditional contract with specialist items of works undertaken as CDP. Project Architect from concept through to site delivery.

John Robertson Architects Associate Hornsey Depot - £60m New Build - Stages D-G 450 Apartments (168 Affordable Tenure), Retail & Live/Work. Associate to the Architectural Team for full design development beyond stage D, developing a planning consented scheme. Management of out-sourced and in-house construction packages. Architectural Assistant Hampton House / The Corniche - £140m New Build - Stages D-G 253 Apartments (85 Affordable Living), retail & office space. Lead Assistant as part of the Executive Architectural Team, collaborating with the principal architects Foster+Partners. Development of interiors tender package with Interior Design Team. Production of full Stage G Bathroom Package. Structural, Public Health and M&E interiors coordination.

KSR Architects Architectural Designer Radnor Walk - £8.5m New Build - Stages A-D 4 town houses, 3 apartments, retail and office space. Project leader and first point for client & Project Manager contact. Change of use from D2 to the A1, B1 & C3 mix. Production of the feasibility study and concept design. Sole production of GA drawings and full planning application. Preparation of tender contracts for site survey works. 3D and physical presentation modelling. Team involvement of Radnor Walk Resident & Chelsea Historical Society public consultations, presentations and meetings. Architectural Designer New End - £12m New Build - Stages A-E 12 high end apartments in the Hampstead Conservation Area. Extensive re-design and consultant co-ordination following revised ‘open public space’ UDP policy. Sole production of GA drawings and full planning application.

HGP Architects Architectural Assistant - Post Part I Vista - £30m Masterplan Regeneration - Stages A-E Lead design assistant on a major mixed use project, involving 167 residential units, 50 affordable units, offices, A3 accommodation and a 120 bedroom hotel. Delivery of full planning application drawings package. Direct involvement in facade development, detailing and product sourcing. Consultation with hotel design/build subcontractor to achieve overall masterplan and architectural aesthetic.
