t Lay a sheet of nori on a dry cutting board or sushi rolling mat.

t Put down a thin layer of rice covering the half of the nori sheet that is closest to you. t Layer 2-3 rows of toppings on the rice, on the end that is closest to you. t Roll the nori away from you, starting with the end closest to you.

t As you roll, make sure to keep tucking the roll under so it’s pretty tight, much like you would roll a sleeping bag.
