Greetings Sorors of the International Region,
It is with great joy and excitement that I extend a warm U.S. Virgin Islands welcome to the 32nd International Regional Conference, being held in Chicago, Illinois.
I am excited sorors, and I hope that you are too! Gone are the days when we were forced to meet behind our computer screens We have pivoted and now we are live, in-person, and ready to SOAR!
This year’s theme is "Soaring from Shore to Shore in Service & Sisterhood", and the sorors of Sigma Theta Omega and Rho Omicron chapters plan to do just that.
Windy City will be splashed with the U.S. Virgin Islands’ unique culture, sounds, and taste, uniting the chapters of the International Region into a collective fabric of sisterhood. Through the guidance of International Regional Director, Soror Carrie J. Clark, we have been working extensively to prepare a 3-day agenda loaded with learning, sharing, and fellowship.
From the energetic welcome reception to the informative plenary sessions to the interactive workshops, luncheons, banquet, and service project - be prepared to be wowed from the moment that you arrive. My only ask is that you take advantage of the opportunities provided to connect with a soror from another chapter and build relationships Utilize the conference takeaways to gain a greater appreciation and understanding of our purpose, and answer the call to serve within your chapter and communities
Believe me when I say, this is a conference that you do not want to miss! We eagerly await your arrival Sorors
In Service and Sisterhood, Julice
