Set for completion in 2028, Belle Meade Village will serve as the new gateway to Belle Meade, creating an irreplaceable destination at the entrance to Nashville’s most established residential corridor.

Belle Meade Village has two primary components: the public retail village and the private residences.

RETAIL VILLAGE

The Retail Village will include seven two- and three-story buildings and common areas, forming a cosmopolitan retail and entertainment center inclusive of over 40 storefronts, a member’s club, health and wellness, cafés, and restaurants across 160,000 square feet of leasable space.

The Residences at Belle Meade Village will include 92 luxury condominiums across two boutique eight- and ten-story buildings. The residence’s name and address, “1 Iris Lane” honors Belle Meade’s enduring dedication to the preservation of green space and nods to the 1930s when Nashville was internationally recognized as “Iris City.”

The brand identity introduces a key with an iris bow, which speaks to the site’s historic estate and to the private park, an exclusive amenity to 1 Iris Lane homeowners.

In the early twentieth century Belle Meade was established as an idyllic residential enclave home to prominent Nashvillians. The historic estates and gardens commissioned at this time continue to define the landscape of Belle Meade.

Among these estates was Treetops, which once stood on the site of 1 Iris lane.
