ABOUT US AIIR Consulting (aiirconsulting.com) is a business psychology consulting firm dedicated to increasing the effectiveness and performance of people and their organizations. AIIR Consulting’s services include executive coaching, talent assessment, change management, and leadership development solutions. Consulting services are delivered through traditional, face-to-face meetings as well as over AIIR Consulting's cloud-based platform and telepresence technology. CONSULTING SERVICES EXECUTIVE COACHING Executive coaching is a development process between a coach and an organizational leader designed to increase the effectiveness and career growth of the leader, while supporting the strategic business objectives of the organization. While executive coaching can be used in a variety of situations, its most common application is developmental rather than remedial. Developmental coaching engagements are used by organizational leaders to strengthen managerial and leadership effectiveness by leveraging identified strengths and addressing areas in need of improvement. AIIR Consulting utilizes its own coaching methodology, the AIIR® method, to achieve sustained behavioral change in a systematic, four stage process. TEAM COACHING Team coaching helps leaders and their teams maximize performance by developing team emotional intelligence. Team emotional Intelligence makes up a set of norms, or behavioral expectations, that are highly correlated to peak performance. A team coach will deliver the Team Ei survey to identify gaps in team functioning. Based on the data, feedback, development planning, and coaching are then delivered to the team. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT Leadership Development services involve customized programing that address specific leadership competencies vital to a high-performance team, division or organization. Programs range from half-day seminars on skills such as coaching, feedback, strategic thinking, and leadership-brand, to a multi-day curriculum of leadership development topics. TALENT ASSESSMENT Talent assessment is a process of identifying the relevant aspects of an individual or group’s functioning in order to inform talent management decisions. AIIR Consulting’s approach to talent assessment is data-driven and focused on achieving convergent findings through multiple sources of information. These sources include interviews, psychometric assessment data and 360° degree interview data. AIIR consultants assess talent in numerous situations including hiring, succession management, team development and high-potential selection. AIIR Consulting utilizes its own cloud-based assessment center for the administration and delivery of psychometric leadership and personality assessments.
