Comunication Ceed (NST-Ceed) Overall Role Description The Communication manager is responsible in supporting the development of Communication area of AIESEC Nicaragua locally and nationally. The Communication manager will primarily be working virtually and physically to train, plan and track LCVP COMM of AIESEC Nicaragua and crate the basis of COMM area in entities and MC. Is responsible for the delivery of an effective communication strategy to increase our external and internal brand relevance and to leverage on ELD programmes. Working Details The position is virtual and physical the Ceed will be in constant contact with the MC. The person will start working virtually to plan education cycle and COMM area development. The person needs to come to Nicaragua to work directly with LCVPs COMM for 4 weeks during February and March. After the visit the Ceed will continue to work virtually to track the development of the membership in Nicaragua until June. Benefits

Crowdfunding Coordinator. Overall Role Description The Crowdfunding Coordinator is responsible in supporting the financial stability and sustainability of AIESEC Nicaragua as an entity. The Crowdfunding Coordinator will primarily be working virtually to raise funds by creation and develop of crowdfunding strategies. The Coordinator is in charge of assisting the entity in earning funds to directly support the mission and work we do. These resources will allow AIESEC Nicaragua to continue growing the entity and serve the mission of AIESEC 2015. Youth to Bussiness Ceed Overall Role Description The Youth to Bussiness Ceed is responsible to organize Youth to Bussiness Forum of AIESEC Nicaragua. Youth to Bussiness Ceed will primarily be working virtually to plan the event and physically in Nicaragua to execute the plan. Y2B 2014 is an event designed to bridge the gap between Nnicaraguan students and Mongolian business sector. This event will provide a space for both students and companies to discuss ongoing social issues that can be solved by creating and managing businesses with the right purpose. Working Details The position is virtual and physically the Ceed will be in constant contact with the MC and need to travel to Nicaragua in order to promote and sale Y2B to Nicaraguan companies and universities. The person needs to arrive to Nicaragua in February to work for 4 weeks with MC team.

The Ceed is in charge of assisting the entity in earning funds to directly support the mission and work we do. These resources will allow AIESEC Nicaragua to continue growing the entity and serve the mission of AIESEC 2015.
Working Details The position is virtual and physical the Ceed will be in constant contact with the MC. The person will start working virtually to plan ER strategies, do market research and market segmentation. The person needs to come to Nicaragua to work directly with MC to raise partnership for 4 weeks during February and March.
