The LEAD Program The role of LEAD â€‹is to bring consciousness on development to our members and by ensuring that their activities are focused on our leadership qualities. It acts as a catalyst to develop all the qualities no matter how long or short a leadership experience in AIESEC can be. Thus, LEAD aims to enhance the leadership development in every participant and to make their experiences better. â€‹
Team Minimuns It stands for minimuns for a team to exist, for example having an identity, goals, team rules, coaching and much more. We focused on education and implementation of this for all the entities as key activities that should happen in every team experience. This way we can ensure that all of our members are developing themselves and through this, achieving and contributing to our organizational goals.
