BEING NST Dear AIESECer, Reading these words is the first step in order to get to know AIESEC in Spain from a national level perspective.

Being NST means: be responsible of the co-creation of the national strategies, ensure the implementation of the organisational drivers and contribute to make an AIESEC in Spain that has a strong “Heart”, a smart “Brain” and a meaningful “Soul”.

NST is National Support Team. It’s a role that requires effort, energies, time and execution.

Position: Expansion Hacker & Consultant

Responsibilities Working closely with the MCVP OD, MCVP OGV and the others NSTs Expansions to support expansions in their development with a clear focus on oGV, university relations and HR.

LEAD & LAG %growth of the expansion %task achievement according to the model #MCVP OD and OGV chat #expansion manager chat #email sent for ER support (university, alumni, organisations…) #visits
