Position: National Legal Coordinator

Responsibilities National responsible for the legalities of processes and products.

Updating the compendium after every legislation along with LSC Coordinate the management of contracts (tracking tool for all local entities, evaluation and improvement of contracts).

Review and update legal status and structure of the entity (including compendium and statutes) Ensure IS (Impuesto Sociedades) and Hacienda payment at all levels.

Develop relations with target embassies to get VISA for non-european interns.
