About National Leadership Development Conference 2012 National Leadership Development Conference 2012 (NLDC) is a 5 day conference that seeks to create a rigorous learning environment through dialogues and exchange sessions on leadership development.

Be a part of our exclusive corporate events, such as our first National Youth to Business Forum, which provides an interactive platform for companies and youth to connect and discuss societal issues and trends such as entrepreneurship, innovation and corporate social responsibility. A full day interactive forum which is recognized globally in the AIESEC network, it is a unique event which connects top young leaders of the country and global business and social leaders, to the impact we can have on the world through our positive actions. By supporting us, you will be joining us in celebrating youth leadership and diversity being elevated in our AIESEC network.

How is it achieved? Through our interactive and engaging forum sessions, such as panel discussions, topic spaces and workshops. What is it about? In-depth conversations around today’s most relevant topics to explore the impact we can have on the future of Singapore through the collaborative action of youth and businesses.


Events National Leadership Development Conference 2012 Youth to Business Forum Tracks The Singapore Youth to Business Forum consists of 3 parallel forum tracks dedicated to different socio-economic issues affecting society today. These are entrepreneurship, corporate responsibility and innovation. This forum will be attended by over 250 youth leaders. They will aim at providing a global youth perspective and possible solutions to the topics discussed.

The overall agenda aims to generate discussions and debates on creating, connecting and working with businesses around relevant topics (corporate responsibility, innovation and entrepreneurship), and generate new ideas and thoughts about the future.
