uite possibly the single-greatest problem affecting this nation is law enforcement officers interaction with African-American males. If the all too frequently volatile interactions between law enforcement officers and African-American males are the single-greatest problem affecting this nation, it is a matter that has not gone unnoticed by citizens, community leaders, elected officials, or law enforcement leaders; each of whom is seeking an effective way to lessen the frequency of African-American citizens, particularly males, being killed by law enforcement officers. Maurice Muhammad, host of the radio show ‘Who did it to you?’ aptly describes the current mood of the African-American community in the following way; “We are at war!!!!!!!
