The court ruled that the city must repeal the ordinance

or place on the November ballot. After a lengthy city council debate and an even longer court battle, Houston's Equal Rights Ordinance is up for a vote next month. You will be asked to decide the future of the law. Radio, Tv, and newspaper ads urging a no vote featuring former Astro Lance Berkman label led it 'the bathroom ordinance' and express concern that the city law could open up women's restrooms, locker rooms and showers to “troubled men." In some conversations the Black Community should be offended that they would compare equally the support of the LGBT cause to the black American—or Negro American—cause, which are two different things,” “Your sexual preference is a choice. To be black American, a person does not have a choice with that – said in a recent article. According

to research; HERO does not create rights for protected classes of Houstonians to do anything. It allows them to file complaints if they've been discriminated against. It is the understanding HERO requires the Houston Inspector General to work toward a resolution before filing a criminal case. If a case is filed, it is heard in Houston's municipal court. Blacks make up 12% of the population, but 35% of the abortions in America. Are we being targeted? We are the only minority in America that is on the decline in population. If the current trend continues, the black vote will be insignificant. Did you know that the founder of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger, was a devout racist who created the Negro Project designed to sterilize unknowing black women and others she deemed as undesirables of society?
