What a fantastic event the U13 BSME Games was. Not only was this the first time DIS has hosted the games but it was the very first time we had even entered it. 20 schools from the Middle East travelled to DIS to battle it out to become the U13 BSME Games champions! Students competed in Football, Athletics, Volleyball (boys) and Netball (girls) over a weekend and scored points for their respective schools in each event.

The games were played in a spirit of friendly competition, with all teams displaying a strong sense of sportsmanship and camaraderie. Throughout the weekend, athletes from different teams cheered each other on and congratulated each other on the strated the true values of sportsmanship, and showed that winning was not the only important thing also about enjoying the experience and forging new friendships.
