SECTION 11-27
GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE CLAUSES
a)
the information listed in Clauses (a) to (1) for Class A Sign development;
b)
a photograph of each building facade on which a Sign is to be erected that shows the building facade for a distance of at least 15 m (49.2 ft.) on either side of the location of the proposed Sign;
c)
in the case of Freestanding Signs, a photograph that shows the entire frontage of the site where the Sign is proposed;
d)
two sets of working drawings for the proposed Sign showing: i)
the overall dimensions of the Sign, including all sign boxes and cabinets; the dimensions of individual sign panels on a multiple Business Identification Sign; a description or illustration of the copy to be displayed on the Sign;
e)
iv)
the dimensions of any changeable copy panels;
v)
the method of illumination, including the use of any animated graphics, Running or Scintillating Lights;
vi)
any rotating parts of the Sign;
vii)
the materials from which the Sign is to be constructed; and
viii)
the method used to support the Sign including the size and depth of all concrete footings for Freestanding Signs and for any Signs anchored to a building, the type of construction of the wall to which the Sign will be affixed;
two copies of a sketch showing: i)
the location of the Sign on the building; the total Height of the Sign above grade;

the clearance from grade of the lowest portion of the Sign;
