30th Edition MACAEL AWARDS 2016 30th Anniversary Macael Awards, a special edition under the same objective: bringing the Macael Marble worldwide.

The ‘Asociación de Empresari‐ os del Mármol de Andalu‐ cía’ (Associa on of busi‐ nessmen of Marble of An‐ dalusia) celebrated on No‐ vember 18 the Macael Awards 2016 with "a spe‐ cial event but with the same objec ve: to spread our cra , our know‐how, our tradi on in the work of marble, to help our in‐ dustry be known in all cor‐ ners of the Earth, "said Antonio Sánchez, presi‐ dent of AEMA during his speech. The mee ng was a end‐ ed by the Minister of Economy, Industry and Compe veness of the Government of Spain,

Luis de Guindos, who was awarded with the Special Macael Prize 2016, which AEMA reserves to deliver to dis nguished personali‐ es who help to achieve objec ves. The president of AEMA, Antonio Sánchez, wanted to trans‐ fer to De Guindos "the concern about how future government ac ons will take into account the com‐ panies”. (1985), Alberto Campo Baeza, Architect Award at the XXI edi on (2005), Jordi Ludevid, president of the Superior Council of Colleges of Architects of Spain, and renowned pro‐ fessionals in the world of architecture, such as Patxi Mangado, Juan Domingo Santos and Elisa Valero are involved in the film that interweaves images of the past, present and future in a sector where "a stone would be noth‐ ing without the value that people bring”. And as true protagonists of the event, the awarded collected their prize, made in ‘Blanco Macael’ marble (White Macael), with the AEMA presi‐ dent's congratula on, who intends to con nue working on "making Ma‐ cael the world reference for the execu on of the best projects in stone." To this end, "we are work‐ ing on the III Strategic Plan of the Sector, so that, in an intelligent, consensual and planned

rchitectural design with 24,000 m2 of Silestone and Dekton in kit‐ chen countertops, floors and bathroom placings. The building is ma‐ de up of 2 sets of 5 towers, joined by bridges and built in Buenos Ai‐ res, Argen na. The building is composed of dwellings, common areas (solarium, outdoor pool, indoor pool, changing rooms, spa, massage room, fitness center, work zone and three micro cinemas) and commercial locals.
