Felton key part of murder investigation

Detective Senior Sergeant Paul McCusker from the Toowoomba Criminal Investigation Branch said on 2 March a stolen Mitsubishi ASX had been found torched on Tyson Road approximately 30 metres from Toowoomba Karara Road. “What we do believe is that a person involved was also involved in discharging a firearm at that spot, firing a number of shots across this road,” Senior Sgt McCusker said. “We believe that firearm is linked to the shooting death of Mr Morgan.” Continued on page 5
