THE EXPO VILLAGE, THE HOME OF ACEA RUN ROME THE MARATHON AND OF ALL ITS RUNNERS

22 hours compressed in two days of training, sports activities, sponsor stands and running specialized brands.

Open to all participants but also to those who like the world of sport, of running and wellness. Expo Village is not just the location where to pick up your race numbers and race kit but it is much more. It is the right place where participants from all over the world can meet at the eve of the big event, maybe tasting the “Expo Village Food&Beverage”, and where it is possible to meet the dynamics and the mission of the charity program connected to the marathon, relay Run4Rome, SN4IFun Run. On Saturday there will be the unmissable presentation of the élite Runners, the start champions, the “Senators” of Acea Run Rome The Marathon and of the Pacers, the race assistants who will bring the marathoners to the finish line. In the 3200 square meters there will be 82 display stands, 15 of which are foreign, ready to watch about 55,000 people passing by in the weekend of the race.

The true big driving force of Acea Run Rome The Marathon are the 2500 volunteers that will be for three days the face of Rome and of its marathon, their assistance and professionality combined with the smile and the enthusiasm that is typical of them will be fundamental. There are many associations on the field to help them, like the ever-present Roman Historical Group of Legionnaires, a cultural association that has been active for more than 25 years in the field of cultural divulgation and as in every other edition, it will be the main attraction on the starting and finishing point with the commemoration of ancient Rome, the world’s only accredited reality.
