MISSION - To be a Pacer is a vocation where responsibility and satisfaction combines, becoming one, the aim is to run a marathon with the effort of conducing a group to the finish line in a determined time. The pacers are always ready to give advice, to reassure, to set the constant rhythm, to keep the moral up in difficult moments, to prepare their fellow companions for their next turn or to collect the public’s cheers. It is a role of great generosity that ends to the hall of the stopwatch., when the effort of every runner turns into joy and the effort of pacers turns into the hug of those who thank them for making it, for living a wonderful dream with the group.
