ABOUT THE EXPO

The Show:

The main attraction is the custom built adventure vans. These vehicles are mostly Mercedes Benz Sprinters, Ford Transits and Ram Promasters. At the show, you’ll see the latest innovations in solar, sleeping spaces, lighting, off-road components, and much more. Everything you would want to see in a Class B RV.

In addition to Vans, the expo hosts Truck Campers, Travel Trailers, Roof-Top Tents, and other products an outdoor vehicle enthusiast would enjoy.

At the show, vehicles and booths are open house, with live music both day and night.

We have a top tier demographic attending the show who like to shop. Generally our shows are paid attendance, which reduces the number of tire kickers.

As you may know, our expo attracts adventure enthusiasts, outdoor lovers, and industry professionals from all around. To enhance the overall experience for attendees, we’re creating a captivating Sourcebook that will serve as a guide to the event and a keepsake for all those who attend.

These will be FREE for guests as they enter the show venue.

FAQ

Can I include deals/promos in my ad?

Of course! However, once the deal is printed, it is set in stone and must remain active throughout all of 2024.

I’d like to be included but I don’t have a graphic designer to make an ad. Let us know. With enough lead time, we may be able to help create the ad, or set you up with another designer.

Can I make changes after I have sent the final copy?

Once the book is sent to the printer, no changes can be made. If you need to make a change after the creative content is due, a late fee of $150 will be added to the cost of the ad.

Can I add a QR code to my ad?

Yes! However make sure it links directly to your website.

Many of the free QR code generators you may find on google will work temporarily, but will then make you pay later. Oftentimes breaking the link. If you want to include a redirecting link that contains tracking, let us know. If you let us know ahead of time, you can also just leave a blank white square in your design and we can place the QR code for you.

We’d also suggest that the web page you link to should stay live for at least a year.

Our primary email segment targets consumers, constituting the majority of our email outreach. This segment holds a diverse range of individuals interested in various aspects of the van industry, from first-time buyers to those looking to add the final upgrades their rig. Advertisers can tap into this consumer base to showcase their products or services directly to a receptive audience.

2. B2B Database:

Our B2B email segment target vendors associated with our show, including existing and potential exhibitors, suppliers, and other industry-related entities. As this is a new offering, we are currently assessing the value and impact of this service. We invite you to reach out to us directly to discuss customized pricing options that fit your needs and budget. We are committed to providing a valuable platform for your brand while ensuring competitive and flexible rates.

We are currently using Google Analytics to track and evaluate the readership of each article. This data will help us understand the reach and impact of our service. After publishing five articles, we will finalize and release our pricing structure based on these insights.

We’ll also base the pricing on the value to the reader, whether the article is an entertainment or sales article.

Entertainment Articles - These are articles containing content that a reader would like to read about. Topics that involve how your vehicles are used. Travel guides, trail reviews, etc. Maybe you built a vehicle for a very specific use case, or maybe a notable public figure drives one of your vans… the possibilities are quite endless.

Sales Articles - Some potential topics could include a full walk-through of one of your builds, or maybe a look behind the scenes at your build process. Ideally these will be entertaining as well, but can focus more on your products.
