The KMC Housing Furniture Management Section is here to support you and make your transition as pleasant as possible. FMS provides loaner furniture for up to 90 days when you are PCSing in or out. FMS also provides wardrobes, washers & dryers and transformers — as necessary — for the length of your tour. Newcomers, please contact FMS to schedule your loaner furniture once you have a certified rental agreement. The Furniture Management Section walk in hours are 7:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. We are closed on U.S. and German holidays. Upcoming Office Closures: The KMC Housing Office and Furnishings Management Section (FMS) will close at 11:30 every Wednesday for administrative time. The Furnishings Management Section will be closed on July 23 and the KMC Housing Office will close at 11 a.m. on July 23 for an office function.
