These include a request for a handyman to move mirrors from her gym to a new location, photos of herself attending her grandchildren’s Grandparents’ Day at school, and images of her and family members dining at a restaurant. Additional posts show her having coffee with a friend, posing with her mother in front of a mural, and selling dumbbells. She also announced that her gym would be relocating and reopening, and later shared a photo of herself in a gym assisting a client with physical therapy.

The Co-Claimant (appears to be married to the Claimant), often posts pictures of them engaging in various activities such as hiking and attending sporting events, social events, and shows.

REAL RESULTS : The Claimant, post DOL, has posted a rap video/photo compilation indicating he has multiple sclerosis, along with a screenshot of an article which provided information regarding a person who was hospitalized after a semi-truck had run over their Tao Motorbike. Using information located in his post, an article was located providing details of the accident the Claimant was involved in on 7/16/2021. The truck driver stopped at a red light. When the light turned green, he began to pull forward. The driver did not see the motorbike, which was traveling north, and the driver ran over the motorcyclist and dragged the motorcyclist a short distance.
