In the post she noted, “I walked away with fractured ribs, pulmonary contusions, bruises, cuts, and a body that’s sore all over… but I walked away.” She also noted her dogs were in the vehicle at the time of the accident but were “ok”.

REAL RESULTS : The Claimant posted an aerial video of herself, and a man believe to be Co-Claimant Judo Jang, walking on a beach dated 5/29/2025. Since the date of loss, the Claimant appears to have been co-producing a film with Co-Claimant and husband Judo Jang. They have also attended several red carpet events, in Atlanta, Korea, and Los Angeles. They can also be seen in posts on the set of the film which they were working on.

REAL RESULTS : The Claimant has posted several photos of herself since the date of loss. The Claimant posted crash scene photos of wrecked vehicles, including a tractor/ trailer and what appears to be her vehicle. She indicated the passengers of her vehicle were not hurt. The Claimant is employed at the dental office of James A Penney III, DDS as an RDA and states, “Tabitha has worked with Dr. Penney and the team for six years and received her training at Pulaski Technical College. Tabitha is the mother of two boys and loves to kayak, hike, and bowl in her spare time.”
