Applying his unique eye for exceptional craftsmanship, Adrian Sassoon has collaborated with the spectacular Parham House in West Sussex, to stage a panorama of new works by his celebrated contemporar y ar tists.

In a period without ar t fairs, this project fosters a dialogue between the precious objects and the textures of the interior architectural features, whilst the gardens in early bloom provide a backdrop to a fur ther selection of vibrant new works of ar t.

Reflecting the rich collecting spirit of the house, which includes one of the finest and most impor tant collections of 17th centur y embroider y in the countr y, the display intelligently introduces contemporar y ceramics, glass, and silver to the antique textiles, furniture, and paintings.

Issue Two ‘Flora and of three catalogues attention is paid to ar twork both within of ar t.

Fauna at Parham House’ is the second in the series and focuses on Parham’s rich landscape. Par ticular the influence of the natural world on objects and the historic collection and the contemporar y works
