Duties And Responsibilities

• Oversees all Beztak’s self-performed construction operations to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and quality expectations are met

• Works with individuals from across all aspects of the organization to move projects from development, through construction, and seamlessly transitioned to property management

• Develops and maintains standards for construction to ensure safety of construction staff and mitigate financial risk to the organization

• Fosters relationships with external partners to ensure Beztak receives maximum quality and value within the construction marketplace

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

• Over 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry

• Experience managing a large range of projects with varying scope, complexity, and size

• Overseeing large, multi-disciplinary teams through the entire design and construction life cycle to achieve positive project outcomes

• Extensive experience in logistics planning, design management, budgeting, procurement planning, and project staffing

• Expertise in processes that maximize performance and minimize risk across safety, schedule, cost management, and quality control

Education

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture, University of Michigan

• Master of Architecture, University of Michigan

• Master of Civil Engineering, Construction Management, University of Michigan

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS / AWARDS

• LEED AP Certified

• OSHA 30-Hour Trained
