Duties And Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the onboarding and offboarding of third-party multifamily assets by planning, organizing and effectively communicating with clients, internal support departments, brokers, and other management organizations

• Collaborate with Senior Vice Presidents to obtain client information, analyze and interpret new growth opportunities, field questions, make recommendations, and establish strategies to transitioning new properties into company

• Coordinate and conduct on-site due diligence efforts for third-party clients bringing on new assets

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

• Successfully coordinated and executed the onboarding of 140+ new assets across 16 states

• 10+ years in the property management industry

• 15+ years of customer service experience

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration, Western Michigan University
