• Oversee multiple properties in Michigan, Ohio, and Southern United States

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

• Over 20 years of experience with multi-family residential management

• Directed portfolios exceeding 5,000 units throughout Michigan, Indiana, and Southern United States

• Managed large portfolios for ownership groups, institutional banks, and 3rd party management clients

• Directly involved with repositioning underperforming assets by increasing Net Operating Income, physical occupancy, economic occupancy, and resident retention

• Proficient in analyzing financial statements and budgeting to increase Net Operating Income

• Strong knowledge of annual budget preparation and adherence, resulting in controlling expenses, and maximizing Net Operating Income
