Duties And Responsibilities

• Direct operational oversight of the senior living portfolio in Michigan

• Mentoring of associates by providing the resources, skills and support needed to advance their careers and produce exceptional outcomes

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

• 25 years of experience in the senior living industry

• In-depth knowledge of Independent and licensed residential programs to include; Adult Foster Care, Home For the Aged, Specialized Residential, Residential Care Facilities and Memory

• Multiple state oversight in Operations, Market Research, Strategy, Licensure and Compliance, Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Private Duty, Home Health Care, Skilled Nursing, Development, Construction and New Business Startup to include for-profit and not for profit organizations

• Proficient in analyzing financial statements and budgeting to increase Net Operating Income

• Strong knowledge of JCAHO/CARF Accreditation requirements and processes

• Expert in Quality Driven Metrics and KPI Management

EDUCATION

• Bachelors of Science- Health Care Administration, University of Phoenix
