Duties And Responsibilities

• Set up of new properties under Beztak Management

• Providing marketing support to entire Beztak portfolio

• Arrange site photo shoots to optimize the sites’ web performance

• Enhancing and presenting the marketing, leasing, and management portions of the New Hire Training

• Monitor active marketing programs and develop ways to improve them

• Over 16 years of experience in leasing, marketing, and management in multi-family communities

• Previously managed six communities, having overseen over 2800 units during a 14-year career with Beztak

• Successfully lead a team in a lease up that was 100% occupied within 30 days of completed construction.

• Proven successes in training strong Leasing Consultants, Leasing Managers, Assistant Managers, as well as various operational management positions

• Property Manager of the Year, 2016

• Executive Leadership Completion Award, 2016
