Hear what a few of them have to say: "HeroHatch so far has been very exciting and thrilling experience - living the dream of running your own company!!! It is not at all easy and takes a lot of courage and passion to give your heart and soul for your project, working till late night and still want to work more only because you love that." - Sangya Rai HeroHatch team does have a lot of privileges, but it comes with an added sense of responsibility, workload and managing everything on their own. They have to get their hands dirty, work alongside the mechanics and sacrifice the weekends to make sure they are meeting the deadlines.

"A riveting journey, with challenges at every nook and corner. An experience demanding your sweat and time. You learn to churn out maximum out of your potential." - Rajat Bhardwaj “Agility with Discipline” has been at the core of Hatch projects. The urgency to deliver and deliver it right has kept us on foot every minute. Moving from a manufacturing role to a glamorous office like Wework might have looked privilege at first, but there has hardly been a day when work was not the priority. The near perfect simulation of "startup" culture where you always introspect and retrospect your plans and actions for any shortcomings has led us to many sleepless nights. But when you put your heart and soul into it, the satisfaction is unparalleled.” - Ankit Agarwal “Employee to entrepreneur evolution is an incessant battle with your heart and mind where you dream to achieve and dare to conquer.
