CD/SD/DD/Tender/Construction Stage The first phase of a series of developments in the Arzanah Masterplan situated in the gateway point to Abu Dhabi. The 5 residential towers, 14 villas and a unique clubhouse design sat on a lush landscaped podium car park creates a new oasis in the city

A new business park in Hongqiao district consists of SOHO, Office Towers, and Retail strip. The Plaza and the pedestrian routes are covered by ETFE cushion allowing for year round activities on the pavement below.

A 60.000 m2 development comprises of corporate banking facilities, general office space, and an associated serviced apartment were organized around public courtyard that were lined with small shops and restaurants.

More than 1 km long retail strip development in the heart of Dubai International Financial Center and Re-development of Syekh Zayed rd with the concept of Garden in the box was intended to balance the city center with more green and eco friendly activities.

COMPETITION NTB ISLAMIC CENTER MASTERPLAN Mataram,Lombok (2009)

Concept Design/ 2d prize winner of National Design Competition The competition was held by the local government of West Nusa Tenggara - Indonesia to design a new Islamic complex in the heart of their capital city, Mataram. The main idea of this design was derived from the fabric of Nusa Tenggara landscape which is surrounded by paddy fields, green valley and one of the tallest mountains in the east of Indonesia, Mt. Rinjani.
