Review, UNDERSTAND and sign the contractual agreement with the Builder

2.

Drawings are composed and sent to the City for Approval and to Contractors for quotes; don't experience delays because the wrong set was sent.

3.

Detailed Construction Documents are sent to Sub-Contractors to obtain quotes.

Accessible Interior/Exterior selections, without CHANGE, are required for ordering.
