Monday 20 November 2023 – Friday 23 February 2024 Registration for Activities is completed online. Registration is open from 10 November at 3:00pm. Registration will close on 17 November at 3:00pm.

You will need to complete the payment for the activity first then we will send the registration form.

After School Activities Season 2 - Update October 2023

Purpose The purpose of this handbook is to set out the necessary guidelines and processes to make participation in sport at ACG School Jakarta successful for all involved.

Terms and Conditions REGISTRATION •

All after school activies will run for 12 sessions/meeting

•

Registration period would be from 10-17 November.

•

On 17 November, we will send you an email confirmation to confirm the running activities.

•

If your chosen activity is not being run, we will notify you by email and will be given a chance to re-register to running acitivities.

•

All registration will be done through our online form activated on 11 November at 3:00 p.m. Link HERE. After your registration, a payment email from Xendit will be sent to your inbox.

PAYMENT •

Activities payment deadline is on 17 November 2023 at 3.00PM.

•

Any unpaid activities after payment deadline will be offered to students in the registration queue.

•

Any unpaid activities will be marked as VOID registration.

•

Any cancellation after first session will require a full payment.

•

Any activity which is not included in price list below is non – charged.

•

All activities fees are non-refundable.

PARKING ARRANGEMENTS •

Starting 15:30 entrance gate will be re-open for after-school activity pick up. Please make sure your driver knows the finish time of your children’s activity.

•

The area in front of the office must NOT be used for pick-up or drop-off.

•

All pick-up will be from the round-about area starting on 16.00.

•

Siblings not participating in an activity will need to make arrangements to leave campus at dismissal time.

ATTENDEE •

Should there be any cancellation for an activity, parents will be notified by email. In running ASA, phone call notification will only be given if the cancellation is less than an hour to ASA starting time.

•

During the rainy season, we will monitor the weather that day; if it is still raining heavily until 2 o’clock, we will decide to cancel that day’s classes, which use outdoor facilities and inform the parents by telephone.

•

If it rains during class, we will move activities that using outdoor facilities to the classroom and provide theoretical teaching about the activities.

•

Make-up class will be available on week 13, if the activities are cancelled by the coaches or any force majeur.

•

Parents has to inform the school via eamil to acgjkt@acgedu.com if student is absent on the day of his/ her ASA schedule.

•

Student who is absent during their ASA schedule can join the make-up (if conducted).

Padel sometimes called Padel Tennis is a racket sport of Mexican origin, typically played in doubles on an enclosed court slightly smaller than a doubles tennis court. In this activity, students will learn about the basic of padel such as forehand and backhand, basic half volley, smash etc.

Fashion Design

Fashion design class is where students can explore their creativity in the field of designing outfits— starting from an image that can be projected into the shape of a shirt or dress and modified so that it can produce extraordinary work. At one level, students will be introduced to how to apply a design from an image to a ready dress or dress design. Students will be introduced to measuring, cutting and sewing fabrics.
