My Real Estate Information Hotline:  I setup an extension for your property on my “800” response line with recorded information about the property which I include on all marketing materials. It allows potential buyers to hear about the property from the comfort of their living room or anywhere 24 hours 7 days a week.  The real beauty of this technology is that I legally and ethically capture their phone number, home or cell, address and name even if they subscribe to the Do Not Call list. They can always press 0 to connect directly to me anytime while listening to the recording.

I will always follow up within 10 minutes with a customer service call to see if they need more information on the property or to schedule a showing.

Local Promotion:  I always use Estate Style Brochures to show off the property using glossy 11 x 17 inch heavy stock paper with professional photographs.  I schedule Open Houses though Realtor.com and SWFloridaOpenHouses.com with the Multiple Listing System and Invite buyers in the local community by mail and phone calls.  All showing are tracked through my system and I will know about them early enough to prepare the property for showing if needed. I put on the lights, background music, open up the drapes and blinds, I always have refreshments available and current documentation and information.

Social Media Sites:  I take full advantage of the Social Networking sites to promote my listing to the X Generation, ages 46 – 64 and the upcoming huge Y Generation, ages 31-51who are looking at Real Estate as the better investment verses the Stock Market due to the instability they have seen. I also connect with the Baby Boomer generation who are ready to enjoy the SW Florida lifestyle and have the resources to do so.
