This monkey lives in the mountains of Japan. During winter, it often takes shelter from the cold by bathing in hot springs.

This reptile is a champion of camouflage. It manages to change the color of its skin based on its emotions, making itself hard to spot.
EMPEROR PENGUIN
Like all penguin species, it lives in Antarctica. Although it is a bird, it cannot fly. It moves awkwardly on land, but it is an incredible swimmer!


KANGAROO
This huge marsupial, which can be found only in Australia, is a real athlete! It can hop up to 29 feet in length!
ALPACA
It belongs to the same family as the camel, although the size of this docile South American animal is much smaller.

NARWHAL
This cetacean has a unique feature on the top of its head. It looks like a tusk, but it is actually an incredibly developed tooth!
SQUID
To defend itself against enemies, this mollusk releases a cloud of ink to hide itself and escape predators without being seen.

BLUE WHALE

This mammal is the largest animal in the world. Curiously, it feeds only on one of the smallest animals: krill, a tiny shrimp.
WHALE SHARK

It is the largest fish in the world. Unlike other sharks, it eats by filtering water through its large mouth and gills to collect plankton and tiny crustaceans.

JELLYFISH
The body of the jellyfish is made up almost entirely of water, and incredibly, the jellyfish has no brain or blood.
PUFFER FISH
Its name comes from an interesting defense tactic: This fish swells like a balloon when attacked!
