Nel pomeriggio incontro con la responsabile del centro LIPU per il recupero degli uccelli e della fauna selvatica. / The Ticino Park main offices: interview with the person in charge of the Natura 2000network. Afternoon meeting with the head of LIPU (Lega Italiana Protezione Uccelli), an Italian protection league for wild animals and birds.

Un guardiaparco ci mostra i vari ripristini ambientali effettuati nel Parco. Visita a un agriturismo bio. Nel bosco del Modrone dove, durante i lavori Snam, sono state impiegate barriere acustiche particolari per non disturbare gli animali del Parco. / A forest ranger shows us where the environment was reclaimed in the Park. We visit an organic farm, and the Modrone Forest where, during work by Snam, sound barriers were installed to avoid disturbing the animals in the Park.

Perlustrazione in barca sul Ticino nella zona dove passa la rete del gas, adatta anche al trasporto di gas rinnovabili come l’idrogeno, e dove sono stati ripristinati e riqualificati gli argini. Intervista a Rinaldo, che da settant’anni cerca l’oro sulle sponde del Ticino. / Boat ride down the Ticino near where the gas pipeline passes, suited to also transporting renewable gas like hydrogen, and where the riverbanks have been restored and reclaimed. Interview with Rinaldo, who for the past seventy years has searched for gold along the banks of the Ticino.
