What is LEAPCare?

Living Employee Assistance Program Care, or LEAPcare, bridges the gap to go beyond the physical needs addressed by traditional healthcare to include a more whole-person approach by working with a Care Coach.

A Care Coach is a highly trained, experienced, and certified member of our team who provides you with a living, breathing human who cares for your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

How are you connected to a Care Coach?

Care Coaches are assigned through a fully confidential, secure web application.

Care Coaches are available 24/7/365. Whether you just need someone to talk with, or there is a crisis with you or with someone you care for, your Care Coach is always just a chat, text, phone call, email, or even video chat away.

How we do it

Care Sessions are unlimited and are no additional cost

As employees consistently communicate with the same Care Coach, they will gain a direct source of trust, safety, and confidentiality to rely on in times of need.

The Result: Living EAP cultivates a deep relationship between employee and Care Coach, which leads to higher employee engagement and improved employee experience.
