One of the recipents of a Gutenberg award from the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at Homecoming 2013 was Gary Hamilton (’04), senior producer and on-camera host for the New York Yankees. Others were Elvin Ong (’95), director of ASEAN Pacific marketing communications for Phillips Lighting Growth Markets, and Kate Vein (’99), vice president of Elevate Studios in Chicago, Ill. Ong traveled from his home in Singapore for the event.
