Hand deliveries are available to most of Los Angeles and Orange counties. We deliver Monday – Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Packages of cookies can be shipped anywhere in the continental USA, including local addresses, via FedEX. Items are sent 2nd Day (2 day), Standard Next Day or Priority Overnight. We ship “Next Day” Monday – Thursday. On Friday, “Next Day” shipments will arrive on Monday; On Friday, 2 Day shipping will arrive Monday or Tuesday. Shipping orders placed before 12 noon Pacific Time can be shipped out via FedEx the same day (subject to availability). We are not responsible for packages delayed due to severe weather or natural disaster.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. All orders are charged at the time the order is placed. We do not accept CODs.

Delivery and shipping charges are not included in the price of the gift. There is a delivery or shipping charge on every order. For local hand deliveries, there will be a delivery charge per address. Please call us for a delivery estimate.

Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Due to the high volume during the holiday season, web orders may not be processed the same day. Please allow one day for web orders to be processed and up to three days for delivery.

Same day deliveries are available in most of our delivery areas (subject to delivery personnel availability). Holiday delivery schedules are limited. For guaranteed delivery, please call at least one day in advance. We’re sorry but we cannot honor special-time requests during the holiday season (however, we can have a pick up ready anytime if you want to use your own delivery service); all deliveries will be made between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Deliveries are made during a span of at least three days.
