The Latest ABC Keystone Member News Barley Snyder Partner Elliott Named Fellow in Prestigious Construction Group The Construction Lawyers Society of America has named Barley Snyder partner Maria Di Stravolo Elliott as a fellow, the culmination of a highly selective process to whittle down the country’s best construction attorneys. Elliott is a former chair of the firm’s Construction Industry Group and is the current chair of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. The CLSA is an invitation-only, international honorary association composed of preeminent lawyers specializing in construction law and related fields, according to the organization. Fellowship is limited and selective, with lawyers being invited into fellowship upon a proven record of excellence and accomplishment in construction law at both the trial and appellate levels. “This is one of the leading groups of construction attorneys in the country,” Elliott said. “It’s an honor for me to be considered to join their ranks, let alone to be invited as a fellow. The benefits of being included can only enhance the service I give to my clients.”
