1lb package of paneer 2 green peppers 1 red pepper 1 orange pepper 2 medium size onions 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 2 tablespoons garam masala 1 teaspoon cumin 6 cloves of garlic (crushed) 3 tablespoons of ketchup 2 tablespoons cooking oil Cut onions and all peppers into bite size chunks and cut paneer block into small ¼ inch pieces. Put oil in heavy bottom pan and when hot, add cumin, let splutter for about ½ a minute. Add onions and peppers to the oil and stir constantly for about 3 minutes until slightly soft. Add crushed garlic and the salt, pepper and garam masala, stir well. Add the paneer and ketchup, stir well until fully mixed. Serve hot with Naan bread.
