A summer trip to the top of Norway/Europe – the land of the midnight sun and northern lights 20 – 26 June 2019

Dear friends, My childhood Northern Norway has seen an adventurous growth in tourism over the recent years, with tens of thousands of visitors from all over the world traveling here to Europe's northernmost mainland to experience the northern lights, the midnight sun, the harsh landscapes and the ever-changing weather.

Despite all these spectacular advantages, Northern Finland has come much further in terms of professional tourist facilities, marketing, booking and adventure tours in the wilderness.

In my opinion, the potential is far, far greater in Norway than in our neighboring countries, and I have therefore over the last couple of years designed what I would call spectacular tourist facilities in several locations in my childhood region (links to examples below).

As a consequence thereof, I have initiated collaboration with and between several individuals and organizations who want a more professional and sustainable development of northern Norwegian tourism over the coming years, and we are now planning a "property trust" that will attract Norwegian and international investors. The syndication is being prepared by professional facilitators in Oslo (Hyllbekk Eiendom AS).

As a starting point of all this, we are now in the process of inviting an exclusive group of friends and professional actors from several countries to a round trip up north at the end of June this year.

My offer to you is that you - alone or with your spouse - join me on this spectacular trip to the land of the midnight sun and the northern lights. Feel free to also bring close friends/partners!

Our goal is to establish a sustainable real estate fund that will invest in North Norwegian tourist facilities Investing in Northern Norwegian tourism outside the cities represents large and very profitable opportunities, but also problems and challenges that must be taken extremely seriously.

SPECTACULAR, BUT CHALLENGING LANDSCAPES The dramatic North Norwegian landscapes – the vast ocean, the fjords, the islands, the mountains, the valleys, the rivers and the lakes – are all huge tourist attractions, but all construction and development must adapt in wise ways.

SPECTACULAR BUT VERY SMOOTH CONDITIONS The Northern Lights and the Midnight Sun are breathtakingly beautiful, but many days are also filled with raging storms and bad weather. However, the weather can be made a great advantage and attraction by wise planning.

SPECTACULAR HISTORY, CULTURE AND TRADITIONS Northern Norwegian culture, history and traditions go back more than 10,000 years, and all tourist development must take into account and seek to promote and clarify this. Architecturally, this should be a leading source of inspiration.

(4) Functional, green and environmentally friendly design.

(5) Natural-friendly, genuine and mostly maintenance-free materials.

(6) Energy efficiency, smart, mostly self-sufficient from green energy sources.

(7) Smart, environmentally friendly, landscaped infrastructure.

(8) Long-term investments, with solid, regular return / profit.

Our fund facilitators:
