LARGE HALL Can host performances of theatre, dance, musical concerts and conferences. Seats in the tiers: 295 +1 (reserved for the disabled). Stage: proscenium 12 m. wide by 10 m. deep. The hall is designed in such a way that its shape can be changed thanks to a telescopic tier of seats that allow various possible layouts. SMALL HALL A room for small performances, exhibits, meetings and conferences. The hall measures 14 X 9 m. and can be darkened completely. The standard layout has 70 seats in a small tier. Different arrangements are possible, up to a maximum capacity of 99 seats.
WORKSHOPS Can accommodate theoretical and practical courses, workshops and meetings of small groups. The low building offers 3 classrooms of about 12 m. x 5.5 m. with wooden floors and chairs, furniture; reception area, changing rooms and toilets. CAFFETTERIA Can accommodate buffets, snacks, cocktail hours, small-scale entertainment, birthday parties, etc.., in addition to debates and conferences. Capacity: 60 seats. In good weather, there can be outdoor service.
casa del teatro ragazzi e giovani
The Casa del Teatro Ragazzi e Giovani has been a centre of cultural activity since 2006. The building was constructed in the early 1930s and came back to life during the time when the surrounding area was being renovated for the Torino 2006 Olympics. The “Casa” is now part of the new “Olympic area” that is home to the Olympic Stadium, the Palaolimpico Isozaki and Piazza Olimpica.
