GC | Architect + Designer: CAMP Construction Project Description: Dominion Post Oak is one of the most acclaimed high-rise apartment buildings in all of Houston. As part of their latest renovation to the exterior façade of the 31-story structure, polished Black Marquina porcelain was installed over dated existing tile on the first level’s entrance. Not only did Moderno’s overlay installation method eliminate the need for demolition, but the process was also eco-friendly and allowed for a more timely completion of the project. The luxurious appearance of porcelain on the porte-cochère columns now gives the building an updated, modern look that was much needed.
