Each. floor will be arranged very mu ch on the same plan as the first. The roof will also be used for biological purpos!;!s and will have a biological pro1iagation house. Later an observatory may be added but it is not inc luded · in the p1·esen t plans.

Rooms will be reserved in the ba se­ ment for the deve lop ment of new de­ partment uch as Optic and Pho­ t ometry. The . building will have large recitat io n room. and convenie nt office for the Department Heads.
