WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO REOPEN? Just as the flowers show us that rebirth is happening daily, our business rebirth is a time with incredible possibilities and opportunities. The 80 Watt District Board stands next to you as you move ahead. 'You've got this too!'

Calling for a 'start over,' for 2020! It's been a strange new world since the beginning of the year- and we understand that we are all changing the way to do business, but we encourage you to meet this new opportunity head on. As we constantly look for the 'good things,' you'll find a list of ideas on Page 3 to incorporate into your business and daily living. Let us know if you have ideas to share as well! Thank you to all the 'essential workers,' in health, law enforcement, government, and welfare of our homes and businesses....we appreciate all you do! May this 4th of July- be a celebration of our Country coming back together in health, safety and support of one another. God Bless America!

SECURITY TEAM UPDATE

Sacramento Protective Services, Inc. (SPS)

SPS Security Officers are tasked with identifying and deterring criminal activity within the District, including contacted and identifying individuals who are unlawfully loitering or trespassing on private properties within the District and taking lawful enforcement action, up to arrest of the subjects. SPS officers also address illegally parked vehicles, both on private properties and public streets, within the District and coordinate the removal of these vehicles with the CHP or HB Towing: 916-339-3002

As we get closer to the Renewal Ballot count on July 14, 2020- we are looking the ways to support business in this new economy and change in the way we all do business. To continue the Security, Maintenance, Marketing, Capital Improvements within our District, we need a large vote of YES! (This vote needs to come from the Property Owner, and/or Manager who is allowed to VOTE!) Don't let the last 5 years -of improvement go to waste!

Zero Bail $0 EXTENDED: Since its enactment, law-enforcement agencies across the state have been critical of the $0 bail order, arguing that it has prevented police from keeping repeat offenders off the street. The presiding judge in Sacramento County made the decision on Friday to extend the zero bail order for this county.
